Refund and Returns Policy

At BAGSFIELD we follow a 7 day return policy which gives you the option to return purchased items, 7 days from the date of delivery.

For other categories:

  • As a general rule, returns do not apply to products on sale.
  • Exchanges can be made at any of your nearest Bagsfield stores.
  • Please ensure you have the original invoice, warranty details and product labels intact.

Terms and Conditions :

  • All returned items are executed after our quality checklist, and refund/replacement is only processed after it passes this step.
  • Returned items must be in good condition and returned as delivered, with tags intact.
  • Items returned with damage caused by negligence, misuse or misapplication are not covered by this return policy.
  • A returns form with a legible Returns ID must accompany the returned item(s).
  • Special rules for promotional offers may override this return policy.
  • While we strive to serve as many customers as possible, reverse support as a facility for some remote locations is currently not available. But rest assured that we are working on it. In the meantime, you can send the product back to us after generating a return ID, and we will initiate the refund once we receive the product and quality control parameters are in place.

Convenience fees and delivery charges are non-refundable and refunds for items paid for via cash on delivery will be made through NEFT transactions. Refunds for items paid for via prepayment routes will be credited to the original prepayment account within 5-7 business days of quality check.
